Stephen Bechtel

Stephen Bechtel is the grandson of Warren Bechtel, founder of the Bechtel construction and engineering company in San Francisco. Stephen started working for the company in 1948 and took over as CEO in 1960. He ran the company for 30 years before handing it to his son Riley who served as CEO until 2014.
