Jeff Greene purchased his first property, a three-unit building in Somerville, MA to help cover costs while attending Harvard Business School, using money he’d saved up traveling the country selling circus tickets. By the time he finished up at Harvard, he had 18 properties to his name. The rest is history.

He now owns properties across the country--LA, NY, Palm Beach, and even New Hampshire. In West Palm Beach, where he now resides, he’s busy scooping up property in downtown West Palm Beach. He recently got approval for a $250M mixed-use project in West Palm Beach (550 North Quadrille Blvd), including two 30-story towers.
