Igor Olenicoff is the founder and president of Olen Properties (HQ pictured), which boasts 7.5M SF of office space and 10,000 residential units in four states. The company also purchased 860 apartments in Mesa, AZ this summer. Igor has been involved in an eight-year dispute with UBS after pleading guilty to a felony tax charge for lying about holding more than $350M in Europe. He paid $52M in back taxes and was sentenced to two years of probation and 120 hours of community service. He sued UBS claiming it mismanaged his investments, but the case was thrown out in 2012.
