Jay Paul has already built 8M SF of office space in Silicon Valley and has 6M SF in the pipeline. The Jay Paul Co attracts the most sought-after tenants: Amazon and Microsoft are on the rent roll, Google is in the process of moving into the new 1.9M SF Moffett Place and Jay recently bought the development site for an Apple campus in Sunnyvale.

Jay will also be responsible for the tallest mixed-use tower west of the Mississippi by 2017. When finished, the 70-story tower at 181 Fremont St (Jay’s first project in San Francisco) will be 432k SF of office space topped by 67 luxury residences. When not engaged in real estate, Jay enjoys his residence in S.F.’s Pacific Heights neighborhood and his two yachts.
