An industry veteran, Tony had a prominent role in Drexel Burnham Lambert’s bond department. Tony current owns 30% of Ares, which has recently received backing from the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and has itself backed companies like Neiman Marcus, Samsonite and vitamin store GNC. Outside of investments, Tony owns the Atlanta Hawks, as well as a minority stake in the Milwaukee Brewers, and is married to TV actress Jami Gertz.
