Cawley Partners has pre-leased 50% of the project’s northernmost building to an undisclosed tenant on a long term lease. Fourteen555 will deliver September 2018. Average rent in Dallas-Fort Worth has increased to $1,082. New data from Yardi Matrix and RENTCafe shows that the cities with the highest rent growth were not Dallas or Fort Worth. 
Several cities in the Metroplex has rent growth more than 9% in 2016. Weatherford rent grew 10.5%, Midlothian rent grew 10.1%, White Settlement rent grew 9.4% and Greenville rent grew 9.1%. Haltom City, The Colony, Sachse, Arlington, Waxahachie and Hurst also grew more than 7%.
