Sukothai Among New Retailers Unveiled For Canary District

Dundee Kilmer Developments has signed four new retailers at Canary District: Gears Bike Shop, Sukhothai (its fourth Toronto location), Tori’s Bakeshop (all natural and organic) and East Side Meats. They join previously announced Dark Horse Espresso Bar, Fuel Plus, OpusGlow Concept Spa, Pizza e Pazzi, Tabule Middle Eastern Cuisine, The Running Room and Think Fitness Studio—a roster of health and wellness-focused shops and services, which Dundee Kilmer secured through a partnership with advisory firm LiveWorkLearnPlay Inc. The district is being transformed from the Pan Am Games athletes' village into a mixed-use community.
