Simon Partners With Ivanhoé On Fourth Canadian Outlet Mall

Simon Property Group is joining Ivanhoé Cambridge in the development of Premium Outlet Collection - Edmonton International Airport, a 428k SF centre with 100 retailers, many making their first Alberta appearance. Opening fall 2017, the outlet will be Simon’s fourth in Canada, along with Toronto Premium Outlets, Vancouver’s McArthurGlen Designer Outlets, and Premium Outlets Montreal. Ivanhoé, which has three Mills centres and three pure outlet centres nationwide, will develop and manage the Edmonton centre, and lease the property with Simon, which upon its completion will own 100 outlet centres.
