City Of Toronto Takes 44k SF At OneREIT's Yorkgate Mall

OneREIT has inked a 10-year lease deal with the City of Toronto for 44k SF at Yorkgate Mall, opening later this year. The tenancy, which comes with renewal options, plus the recent arrival of a 21k SF Planet Fitness, increases occupancy at the 218k SF, two-level community shopping centre from 65% to 94%. Yorkgate Mall, at Jane and Finch, is a short distance from a proposed stop on the planned Finch West LRT line, and steps from a station on the Toronto-York Spadina subway extension, opening later this year.
