Cadillac Fairview Fills Former Target Space At CF Masonville Place

Cadillac Fairview is investing $28.6M to redevelop the former Target space at CF Masonville Place in London, ON, bringing in HomeSense and Marshalls (opening this summer), and The Rec Room, a first-to-market concept from Cineplex that fuses dining, gaming, technology and live entertainment experiences. Cadillac Fairview last year announced plans for a $77M expansion of Masonville Place, the single largest renovation of the mall since its 1985 opening, including a two-level expansion into the former Sears (127k SF), and new retailers such as H&M and Sport Chek / Atmosphere.
