Automotive Properties REIT has a deal to buy Vaughan's Pfaff Audi dealership for $17.2M. President/CEO Milton Lamb says the acquisition adds another Audi property to his REIT’s portfolio (29 sites, 1.1M SF GLA) and diversifies its tenant base with one of Canada’s top automotive groups, Pfaff Automotive Partners. Built in 2006, the 69k SF full-service Audi dealership is on three acres at 9088 Jane St, just south of Rutherford Road, along a high-traffic corridor adjacent to Vaughan Mills. The area has been targeted for high-density residential and retail development.
