The Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists inked a  10,600 SF deal at the Duke Building at 2872 Woodcock Blvd at the University Office Park in Atlanta. Cresa?s David Rubenstein brokered the deal.

IDI struck a deal with Ralcorp Holdings to  develop a 559k SF distribution facility  at the food maker?s affiliated Carriage House campus in Buckner, Ky., being completed by the  end of 2013.

Perhaps SK Commercial Realty's new billboard ad along the highway helped out with some recent deals. SK sold a portion  of a parking lot off I-285 for this digital billboard and gets an ad to boot (for eight seconds every two minutes, Tom Kirbo notes). The firm inked a 3,400SF deal  with Collect SE at Perimeter Crossing with Cushman & Wakefield's  John Winter brokering for the tenant.

Perficient Inc  leased 18k SF  at 1050 Crown Pointe Parkway in Central Perimeter. Jones Lang LaSalle's Paul Hanna  and  Gannon Shepherd  brokered the deal for the tenant.

CableWholesale.com went bricks-and-mortar with a 40k SF lease at 1599 Rock Mountain Blvd in Stone Mountain. Lee & Associates?Brett Chambless  brokered for the tenant while Pattillo Industrial Real Estate's Casey Farmer repped the landlord.
 
SALES
 
Owners of Parkwood Plaza have refinanced their former loan with a 10-year fixed $20.6M Goldman Sachs securitized loan. The 211k SF Cumberland Galleria office building is  85% leased  and owned by Interventure Advisors. HFF?s Mark Sixour  and  Bill Ireland  arranged the financing.

Atlanta-based Blanchard Real Estate Capital acquired a 152k SF Walmart Supercenter in York, SC for an undisclosed sum. And the former State Bank and Trust bank branch at 4241 Roswell Rd.

Beverly Hills (swimming pools, movie stars)-based Aragon Holdings has acquired both Holland Park, a nearly  500-unit apartment complex in Lawrenceville, and Azalea Springs, a  232-unit Marietta apartment complex for undisclosed sums. This purchase represents Aragon?s debut into the metro Atlanta multifamily market.

Susquehanna Holdings has picked up the ownership of Hampton Green a  124k SF fully leased office building for an undisclosed sum. The seller was Equity Office Properties. Cushman & Wakefield's David Meline, Stewart Calhoun, Samir Idris, Casey Masters  and  Darice Fichter Rosed brokered the  five-story building off Steve Reynolds Boulevard, with both Rock-Tenn Co and Given Imaging as tenants.
 
DEVELOPMENT
 
Ackerman Medical?s John Willig, Piedmont Henry Hospital's COO Jeff Cooper  and CEO Charles Scott, as well as OrthoAtlanta's Dr. Todd Schmidt  and  Michael Ochal, and Commercial Assets Group's Mike Tallant  and  Steve Watson were on hand this week for the groundbreaking ceremony for Henry Physician Center, a  60k SF MOB on the campus of Piedmont Henry Hospital in Stockbridge. The $11M Ackerman development (in a JV with physicians and Commercial Assets Group) is already 60% preleased to OrthoAtlanta and Piedmont Healthcare and will open in October of next year.
