US Bank Takes Full Floor Of South Tryon Square

US Bank leased the fourth floor of South Tryon Square, which will be occupied by the company's enterprise financial crimes compliance division. The lease totals 24k SF that the Minneapolis-based bank leases in Charlotte; it also occupies 81k SF at the Hearst Tower.

All together, the bank has about 400 employees here, the Charlotte Business Journal reports. JLL's Chase Monroe and Bryan White repped US Bank, and JLL's Tom FitzGerald and Charley Leavitt repped the landlord. [CBJ]
