Notable recent leases include GAP Factory Store (7k SF at Aberdeen Mall, pictured) and Dollarama (10k SF at Fortune Shopping Centre). Most retail activity has been in the Southgate/Sahali region, Colliers notes, with Scotiabank and Menchies leasing spaces in old movie store locations. Kamloops currently has 28k SF of retail under construction.
