Rona Reveals Expansion Plans For Quebec, Saskatchewan

Hot on the heels of Lowe’s acquisition of Rona Inc, the Quebec-based retailer has revealed plans to open three new Réno-Dépôt stores, in Boucherville, Valleyfield and Trois-Rivières (a 50k SF location in a vacated Target space). The Réno-Dépôt banner will now have 22 locations. The home improvement chain also said it will be opening two new Rona stores (in Saint-Félix-de-Valois, QC, and Moose Jaw, SK) and converting two existing locations, in Saskatoon and Châteauguay, QC, into big-box stores.
