Longo’s and LCBO Coming to Imperial Plaza

The Market by Longo’s is coming to the Imperial Plaza condo on St. Clair Ave W in September, the grocer's fifth urban concept store downtown and its 28th GTA location. The 8,500 SF Longo's—with a salad bar, stone pizza oven, deli and Starbucks, plus underground parking—will share the condo's commercial space with a new LCBO. A Camrost-Felcorp project, Imperial Plaza has entailed redevelopment of the 21-storey Imperial Oil Building, built in 1957, into a 400-unit condo. Phase 2, Blue Diamond, will incorporate the defunct church next door.
