San Diego Good for Coffee Snobs

Another distinction for San Diego: Redfin and Foursquare say San Diego is a top 10 city in the nation coffee snobs, no 6 as it happens. The companies based their finding on who has the most indie coffee shops per capita, according to Foursquare data. Seattle, unsurprisingly, came in first, and Portland, Ore, was second, with Boulder, ColoDenver, and San Francisco rounding out the top five. (Seeing as every town is out West, we can confirm: Coffee is for coasters—or towns near the coast.)
