Meat eaters, get ready for a rebel yell...for steak! A subsidiary of The ONE Group Hospitality has inked a deal to open an STK Rebel restaurant at the Andaz San Diego in 2016. While the upscale STK restaurant is well-known, its Rebel offshoot is targeting a broader audience with lower price points. The ONE Group CEO Jonathan Segal (here) says Andaz has strength in the lifestyle sector, and is focused “on creating a vibrant food and nightlife scene.” This will be the company's fourth STK Rebel, with other locations announced in Denver, Miami and Austin.
