Capstone Doubles Down on SD Retail

Capstone Advisors just purchased Sabre Springs Plaza, a 15k SF retail center at Poway Road and Springbrook Drive (anchored by 7-Eleven) for $4.55M. CEO Alex Zikakis says the center has some inefficiencies the firm plans to correct, and that Capstone will be aggressive on the acquisition front in the coming years. Capstone also picked up Poway Valley Center, a 26k SF strip center (here) at Poway and Community roads for $6.25M. Cushman & Wakefield's John Jennings and Rob Ippolito repped the deals.
