Union Market Tustin Adds Kettlebar to Roster

Kettlebar, a Southern-style restaurant in Anaheim, opened a new location at the 22k SF Union Market Tustin. Union Market owner Andrea Young tells us that the space offers a unique atmosphere—that is, a place where shoppers can find non-chain offerings in a sophisticated setting, which is an important attraction for tenants like Kettlebar. Kettlebar specializes in Southern favorites such as seafood pan roasts, cioppino, gumbo, clams and oysters on the half shell, etouffee and po’boys. Its opening at Union Market Tustin follows the recent openings of Portola Coffee Lab and Central Bar. Portola is a coffeehouse and in-house roasterie offering a line of specialty coffee, as well as serving breakfast and lunch; Central Bar is a craft cocktail and wine bar that offers experiential retail in the form of monthly wine and spirit tastings.
