Greg and Martin come to JLL from Martin Potts & Associates, which specializes in project and construction management services for retail, hospitality, healthcare and office properties, and which agreed to be acquired by JLL in a deal that just closed. It's the latest in a string of deals to bulk up JLL's project management and retail services, including the acquisition of CLEO Construction Management, Shelter Bay Retail Group and Wilson Retail Group. Founded in 1991 by Marty, MPA has offices in Newport Beach and San Jose.
