CREW Talks SoCo

At CREW OC's panel discussion last week at the Pacific Club, we found: Burnam-Ward Properties' Bryon Ward, SoCo's Elyse Roberts, Burnham USA's Therese Hotvedt, Ware Walcomb's Jinger Tapia, Kitech Table Marketing + Public Relations' Carrie Wiliams, and Lee Ventures' Terri Riker, CREW OC prez. The main topic was SoCo, which has been an essential part of OC's retail boom, the panelists agreed. It's an experiential property: 300k SF of showrooms, restaurants, artisan food purveyors, boutiques, creative studios, and home to OC's largest farmers market.
