During a two-week clothing drive, employees in all five Coreland Cos management offices in Southern California collected 250 pieces of gently used professional clothing in support of Working Wardrobes. The OC-based nonprofit empowers men and women overcoming challenges to confidently enter the workforce and achieve self-sufficiency. Mariners Escrow’s Jillian Braverman tells us the company, which recently opened a commercial division, is giving 10% of its commercial escrow fees in March to support ALS research. She says the company was inspired by Lee & Associates’ John Collins, whose brother-in-law has been afflicted with the disease. “John is our client, but mostly our friend,” Jillian says.
