Capitol View Wins New Retail Tenants

The Capitol View project in the North Gulch has inked leases for a number of tenants, including Your Pie, a fast-casual pizzeria. Also signing up are Starbucks, Pinnacle Bank and Southern Vintage Market, a Brentwood-based clothing boutique, the Nashville Business Journal reports.

Capitol View is being developed by Northwestern Mutual's real estate arm, along with major Tennessee developer Boyle Investment Co. According to the developers, more than 4,300 people will work there by early 2019, and 1,400 people will live at the residential portion at the project or adjacent to it.

HCA Healthcare has a large presence in Capitol View, with 2,000 employees already located there, and HealthStream Inc. will move its headquarters to the property. Also, LifeWay Christian Resources is building its headquarters within the development.
