LifeWay Starts Work On New HQ

LifeWay Christian Resources acquired 2.5 acres in Capitol View, which is being developed by a JV of Boyle Investment Co and Northwest Mutual. Lifeway, publishing arm of the Southern Baptist Convention, is developing its new HQ on the site, for which it paid $5.5M, the Nashville Business Journal reports.

Nashville-based Gresham Smith & Partners designed LifeWay's 250k SF HQ and Skanska USA is building it. Lifeway will move from its 15-acre Downtown campus, which it sold last year for $125M, in late 2017 or early '18. [NBJ]
