Bruntwood ‘Made & Managed’ offers a personalised office design that is then rentalised to absorb design and fit-out costs into the monthly rent. Occupiers can also choose to bolt on additional extras including internet and telephone services, furniture leasing, facilities management, utilities and cleaning, all of which will be managed by Bruntwood for a single monthly fee.

Bruntwood Commercial Director Andrew Butterworth invokved Generation Z as the motive for the change.
