Just weeks after Booking.Com signed up for 222K SF at its £1.35B Enterprise City development in Manchester, Allied London have scooped a 25K SF debut pre-let on the scheme's ABC Building.

Post-production media business The Farm Group will be part of the tech cluster focused on the 181K SF ABC block at Quay Street, which is in turn part of the 726K SF Enterprise City.

Farm Manchester is completing the post production on the next series of Ambulance for Dragonfly and about to start on series seven of Real Housewives of Cheshire for Monkey.

The new Manchester base will include offline, online, grade, video FX and audio facilities, which will be based on the same floor, along with a 40-seat screening theatre, all of which will be fully 4K/UHD SDR and HDR capable.

Part of the plans include a roof terrace above the facility, for use by all Farm Manchester clients and other tenants in The ABC Buildings.

Last week Allied London announced that a team led by Paragon director James Onions will provide project management and quantity surveying for the development.
