Terraces at SouthPark Fetches Nearly $14M

CH Retail Fund I/Charlotte Terraces LLC, which is affiliated with Dallas-based Crow Holdings, acquired Terraces at SouthPark for $13.7M. The seller of the 1.6-acre property at 4717 Sharon Road was an affiliate of DDR Corp. It last traded in 2011 for $11M.

FedEx, Sprint and Mattress Firm are long-standing tenants, each at the property longer than 12 years, reports the Charlotte Business Journal. Other tenants include Jimmy John’s, Banfield Pet Hospital and Phenix Salon Suites. CBRE's Mike Burkard and Steve Shields repped the seller, while the buyer repped itself. [CBJ]
