MPV Starts Work On RedStone Retail

MPV Properties broke ground on the RedStone retail development in Indian Land. The 40-acre project is at South Carolina 160 and US 521 in Lancaster County; Phase 1 will include a 14-screen Stone Theatres and 55k SF of retail space, the Charlotte Business Journal reports.

As much as 30k SF of leases for its space will be in placed by May 1, including restaurants, a day spa and a bank. The property will be completed in 2017. [CBJ]
