Marsh Properties, which is redeveloping Strawberry Hill, a Charlotte retail property at 4223 Providence Road, has inked leases with retailers, including a Ford Fry restaurant.

El Felix (5,851 SF) and Pawtique Holistic Pet Shoppe (2,853 SF) have signed leases for part of what will be the former The Fresh Market space. El Felix is one of Atlanta-based chef Ford Fry’s many concepts, and it pays homage to a dive from Fry’s home state of Texas.

The new tenants join a 24K SF Fresh Market, which will relocate within the property when the redevelopment is completed in Q1 2019.

About 17K SF of new shop space is being added at the corner of Providence and Sardis where Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins has leased 2K SF and MOD Pizza 2,600 SF. The remaining 5,840 SF of The Fresh Market space will become additional retail shops and possibly a restaurant.
