JLL?s Brad Cherry and Pete Pittroff represented property owner EastGroup Properties in the expansion of freight-forwarding company Anywhere Express at Airport Commerce Center. The company expanded local operations within the park to 18k SF from 10k SF. Brad & Pete also repped EastGroup in a new, 12k SF lease at Nations Ford Business Park. Beck Commercial Real Estate's Don Beck repped the tenant, Godspeed Motors.

 

New Hires

 

JLL has hired Tom FitzGerald as an office landlord rep. Tom joins the JLL team from CBRE. Previous experience includes a stint in DC, where he served with Booz Allen Hamilton as a consultant on the economic and business systems analysis team embedded within the Homeland Security Dept.

Kristine MacWilliams has joined Partner Engineering and Science's Charlotte office as regional director of site mitigation. Kristine is a registered professional engineer in North Carolina and South Carolina with more than 15 years of experience in managing site assessment and remediation of soil and groundwater in the Southeast. Before joining PES, Kristine was senior environmental engineer at URS Corp in Charlotte.
