| The Greater Charlotte office market had a decent Q1, according to Karnes' latest research report. Vacancies dropped from 18.4% to 17.9%, with office absorption strongest in the 'burbs and Midtown(with 17k SF absorbed). NAI Southern Real Estate VP of office brokerage Vince Summer affirms that trend: He recently signed three new tenants to the Providence Center at 1850 E 3rd St (pictured), including Lexicon Speech and Language Therapy Center.
