The Weitzman Group's Judi Aleck, Dan Kirtland and Pilar Helferich looked great this Halloween as a doctor on call, "Martha's Vineyard man" and a hard-charging broker. (Dan just moved here from New England, so we guess he decided to bring some of it down with him for the holiday.) Weitzman just wrapped up a 21k SF lease with Northern Tool + Equipment in The Village at Forum Parkway. Weitzman reps the property at I-35 and Forum Parkway in San Antonio; it's now 100% leased. This will be the brand's second location in San Antonio. Weitzman's David Nicolson repped the landlord, and Venture Commercial's Clay Mote repped the tenant.
