San Antonio Draws New England Brokers

Welcome back, Dan Kirtland! After 20 years in New England, the real estate pro came home to San Antonio, joining Weitzman Group as an SVP. Dan tells us that the New England real estate market has begun to slow, so on his trip home last Christmas, he reached out to his old friend David Nicolson, who directs Weitzman’s San Antonio office. Kirtland started his career here with Wade & Gribble Development, and he’s happy to be back. He’s reunited with a broker he worked with up north—Dan Mitchell also moved from Chicago to Weitzman San Antonio after he got bored of retirement two months in.
