Dominion Ridge Nearly Full

Popular local restaurants and retailers have Cencor's Dominion Ridge mixed-use project up to 98% leased. (We have a store that only sells 2% milk; it should fit perfectly.)

All but 1k SF are spoken for. The 73k SF property is leased by Weitzman Group's David Nicolson and Marcus Shaffer (pictured); Marcus tells us the strong activity came from working with recognized local restaurants like Silo (named a top 20 San Antonio restaurant by the San Antonio Express-News) and Aldaco's Mexican Cuisine, which attracted additional lifestyle concepts to the center.

Other local retailers include iRun, Moda Bebe and Toy Zone. Dominion Ridge is also bringing in national retailers and some new-to-Texas players. Di Frabo Ristorante Italiano (pictured, it opens this week) goes even farther—this is the first US location for the high-profile Il Castello Di Frabo from Monterrey, Mexico. Marcus says the project also benefits from its high-profile location outside one of the most affluent neighborhoods in San Antonio. Other tenants include Posh Sushi (the first location outside of Laredo), Salons by JC and Werkplaats Elite Business Suites.
