Avison Young held its inaugural Global Day of Giving last Thursday, with employees in 60 offices across Canada, the US, and Europe dedicating the day to participating in volunteer projects and philanthropic activities. In the GTA, 100 AY employees created and delivered some 800 welcome bags and breakfast bags to Ronald McDonald House. “They were very appreciative,” says Avison Young CRE advisor Sean Faught, pictured dropping off the goods with Toronto office teammates Mark Fieder, Steve Ichelson, event co-organizer Liz Nucci, and Gord Oughton. “They said they haven’t had a donation of this nature before.”
