Prime Retail Site Up For Grabs

CBRE SVP Mario Negris reports no news so far on the soon-to-be former Bebe store at the corner of Robson and Burrard—one of the highest-profile retail corners in the country. CBRE also brokered the Lululemon deal for a new flagship store on Robson. Not surprisingly, Mario tells us, they’ve had a lot of interest: “We are working through the decision-making process.” The opening of the Victoria’s Secret store last year only pushes interest in the area, he says.
