CBRE had the big news yesterday, revealing that Norm Taylor is returning to the fold as EVP and managing director of the operations in B.C.

Here's Norm with Mark Renzoni, who held the position until being named president and CEO of CBRE Ltd in January. Norm started at CBRE, specializing in office leasing and sales. Most recently he was a SVP at JLL.

CBRE in Vancouver is still buzzing off the seven nominations received earlier this week for the NAIOP/BIV Commercial Real Estate Awards. “There is a lot of additional potential in this province,” Norm says. He points to the company’s recent expansion into the Victoria marketplace. Says Mark: “Norm’s a great leader, and knows how we operate and what we stand for. He’s going to fit right in.” He seems to have the secret handshake down, as evidenced by this pic of him greeting new colleagues.
