Self-storage continues its rise to prominence. Close to three acres of land at 1100 Woolridge St in Coquitlam has sold for $7.5M, Bisnow just learned. The buyer, according to documents from RealNet, is Vancouver Self Storage. (Somehow, we found the documents in a self-storage container that hadn't been opened for 50 years.) The property, according to Cushman & Wakefield brokers, is located on the north and south side of Woolridge, right off the Trans Canada Highway, a prime retail and service node.
