JLL Closes Two Unique Sales

We hear so much from the four main food groups that we love seeing oddball sector deals. It's been a busy day on the JLL front, whose specialized assets group just handled the sale of Fairmeade Farm in Langley (an historic, 156-acre retired equestrian facility) for $5.5M and the sale of Fox Island, a private island situated on B.C.'s Sunshine Coast (46 acres), for nearly $3M.
