ReDev Properties Sells Edmonton Shopping Plaza

ReDev Properties has sold Edmonton's Trail South Corners, a 29k SF retail plaza on 3.77 acres, to a private development firm. The fully leased property at 10417 51st Ave NW was purchased by ReDev in 2004. President Richard Crenian says he’s pleased to have sold the plaza amid “challenging economic times” for Alberta, and that the offering attracted “significant interest.” The deal was brokered by CBRE Edmonton. Sale price was not disclosed. Trail South Corners is the 11th property ReDev has acquired, operated and sold since 2001. In April, it sold Edmonton’s 105 Street government building.
