Ivanhoé Cambridge Plans $72M Upgrade Of Victoria Mall

Ivanhoé Cambridge is embarking on a $72M redevelopment of Victoria’s Mayfair Shopping Centre, adding 100k SF and two new large-format anchors. The project, slated for fall 2018 completion, will grow the 120-store mall’s GLA to 554k SF. There'll be two additional levels of rooftop parking built, alongside renovations to the interior, including new washrooms, flooring, wayfinding signage, furnishings and enhanced lighting. Ivanhoé also recently revealed 133 additional retailers for Tsawwassen Mills, its 1.2M SF shopping centre opening this fall, including outlets for The Children’s Place, Bench and Michael Kors.
