| A former Philly kid's museum on North 21st Street is growing up after a recent sale. |
| Isen Trust has purchased three buildings (200-206, 208-210, and 212) on North 21st for an undisclosed sum from Please Touch Museum. Once a place for kids to touch instruments or play with blocks, now adults will come and study art. The buyer plans an art gallery and store at the 70k SF property. The children's museum, of course, moved some time ago into Memorial Hall. Binswanger's Joe Muldoon and Chris Lange brokered the sale. |
