Next week's annual STORE retail conference at the Toronto Congress Centre will bring together over 1,500 retail executives, suppliers and vendors. The Retail Council of Canada SVP Andrew Siegwart tells us a particular highlight will be an installation featuring Sport Chek's Store of the Future, currently at their West Edmonton Mall Flagship location — delivering more powerful images, sound and interactivity throughout the store. Canadian Tire pres Michael Medline, Hudson's Bay pres Liz Rodbell, Katz Group Canada CEO Frank Scorpiniti, Sobeys pres Marc Poulin and Maple Leaf Foods prez Michael McCain are some of the heavy-hitters that will be speaking.
