Colliers has an interesting way of predicting the group stage of Olympic men’s hockey. According to Colliers’ Curtis Scott, Team Canada (who faced off with Norway today) will dominate. Looking back at the 2010 games, the contending country with the lowest Class-A office rents in its largest city won all three qualifying games.
