| Bisnow's been on the ground at the BOMA Every Building Conference in Seattle, producing the official show daily. Yesterday, Commercial Advisors Asset Services’ Dan Chancey (holding plaque) announced that 160 buildings achieved BOMA 360 Performance Program designation over the past year. A Kingsley Associates survey found that there is higher tenant satisfaction on 52 out of 54 categories for BOMA 360 buildings, and a designee said that in order to remain competitive, the designation must be in an owner’s arsenal. Leading the overall BOMA 360 count: CBRE with 60 properties, Brookfield Office Properties (43), and Piedmont Office Realty Trust (29). Top cities: Houston, Dallas, and metro DC.
