On a beautiful evening last week before our Future of Bellevue event, we were joined on the patio of the Westin Bellevue by Kemper Freeman (well, you recognize him) and a bunch of our friends from the Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt law firm; CBRE; Clark Nuber accounting; and the John L. Scott marketing affiliate called Relay. And appropriately, behind all these real estate folks, the billion dollar-plus blockbuster expansion of Lincoln Square already underway with 1.5M SF planned of hotel, retail, office, and parking. Meaning lots more venues in store for pretty days.
