Irvine Co Retail Properties will add several restaurants to its menu at Monticello Apartment Homes in Santa Clara. The apartment community will host the first US location for the Indian restaurant The Yellow Chilli. California Pizza Kitchen, Konjoe Burger Bar and Vitality Bowls Superfood will occupy the ground floor as well. CPK will offer a freestanding bar and large 90-seat outdoor patio, similar to above.

Irvine Co has been expanding its presence in Santa Clara and recently signed seven stores at the Santa Clara Square Marketplace, including a Greek restaurant, tea shops, COMBUY Drinks, Books Inc and a yoga studio. These stores will open later this year. Whole Foods opened earlier this summer.
