A 125K SF shopping center in Centennial sold to an out-of-state investment and management company on Thursday.

Baltimore, Maryland-based Continental Realty Corp. purchased Quebec Village Shopping Center, at 8223 S. Quebec St., from Kensington Development Partners.

CRC purchased the shopping center at a “significant discount to replacement cost,” CRC co-Chief Investment Officer Josh Dinstein said in a statement.

Quebec Village Shopping Center was built in 1988. Its tenants include Chase Bank, Starbucks, Golf Haus, Subway, Great Clips and GNC. Amazon also leases 43K SF at the center for a planned Amazon Fresh grocery store that never opened.

This is CRC’s second retail center purchase in the Denver metro. The company acquired the 266K SF Thornton Town Center for $25.5M in late 2025.

CRC has acquired about $1B worth of real estate since early 2021, the company said in a statement. The company, founded in 1960, specializes in acquiring and managing retail and multifamily properties.

CBRE represented Illinois-based Kensington Development Partners.
