Irvine Co Lands First Tenant at $100M Tower

Neustar Inc will be one of the first tenants in Irvine Co's newest University Towne Center office tower. The firm inked a 23k SF lease for One La Jolla Center, relocating from its current Del Mar Heights location, reports the San Diego Business Journal. This is the first official tenant announced for the $100M, 15-story building on La Jolla Village Drive. [SDBJ]
